​Seven years is a long time between sales meetings but considering all the events and circumstances of the past five years, it’s easy to understand the time frame. Nonetheless, here we are in beautiful Schaumburg to reacquaint, meet, introduce, collaborate, network, and celebrate the substantial accomplishments of the past and the vast opportunity of the future. Evolving to Exceed is a fitting theme of the meeting this year as we have experienced unprecedented change in so many ways over the past several years which has showcased our resiliency and ability to leverage that change. As we constantly lean into our Core Value of Continuous Improvement, we are engaged in many initiatives to improve and streamline processes and drive responsibility and accountability all in the effort to serve our customers at the highest level. With our Sales Team and other Functional Teams working closely together we will elevate our execution for customers and accomplish our goals. This meeting is a forum to come together, to listen to each other, to build relationships, and understand what we can accomplish collectively. With our Core Values as our guiding light, we can constructively build our future together regardless of the circumstances and fortify our leading position as the preferred materials supplier in the industry.
