What are the dates of the Sales Meeting?

The meeting will take place from April 28, 2025 to April 30, 2025. Please refer to the agenda section for session times and locations.

 

Where is the meeting being held?
The event will take place at Renaissance Hotel, Schaumburg, IL. Hotel check-in information and room assignments will be sent separately.

 

What time should I arrive (Still in question)
Please arrive no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, April 28 to check in. Registration opens at 4:00 PM and our Welcome Reception begins at 5:00 PM. 

 

What is the dress code?

• General sessions & breakouts: Business casual

• Monday Welcome Dinner: Business casual (no jeans)

• Tuesday President’s Club Dinner:
  This evening is a jacket’s required event for the gentlemen and business attire for the ladies. We ask that the Margin Builder winners wear their Margin Builder jackets.

 

Will meals be provided?
Yes. All meals, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, will be provided during the meeting.

 

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please include all dietary restrictions in the dinner RSVP form. If you need to update your submission, contact Vinessa Lullo at vinessa.lullo@compositesone.com.

 

What if I need to update or confirm my hotel or travel info?

Will the sessions be recorded?
Breakout sessions will be recorded via Microsoft Teams to help capture notes and feedback.

 

Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring yourself! Materials will be provided on-site. A notepad or laptop is optional for breakout sessions.

Will IT support be available on site?
Yes — IT will be available on-site to assist with any technical needs.
They will be stationed just outside of the General Session room for easy access.
